Oh goodness me, stop worrying! Do whatever you want but make sure you keep it in the bedroom (or around the house if you live alone!) Just do any sort of safe (non-painful, not dangerous, no risk of needing to dial 911) and that make you really happy and want to explode in sexual feelings!
