To answer your question simply, no they do not work. The only way to do it is to get it surgically done and even so, the results are not that great!

Nope they dont neither do the pills only way to make it bigger is surgury and i wouldnt recomend that

There are no penis enlarging products, pills or devices that have long lasting or significant effect on the penis. A penis pump may make you larger for 10 15 minuets but thats it. The only way to significant and long lasting penis enlargement is through one of two types of surgery. Thats is buddy only surgery.

Might as well take a pill to enlarge your ears, or your nose. They'll have the same effect.
