Question: Changing sex toys with new partner?

Are sex toys something that get changed with partners? i had a girlfriend for two years and i have some toys from when we were together. now i have a new girlfriend and i didn't know if i'm supposed to use those, or do i just go buy something new? you know what i mean?

I would buy new ones...I'd be weirded out if my girlfriend was using the same toys that she had previously used with any of her ex's.

Well yea i would hope so. I mean if my bf came at me with his ex girlfriends toys or ones he bought for her i would freak....that stuff is way personal.

I would buy some new ones honey. i am sure there is nothing wrong with the old ones, but it's just the thought of where they had been. it would be like wearing your old friends underwear!!!

Sterilize them and don't tell your new girlfriend they are used. I see no problem with using them.

A lot of couples have their favs like a good rubber fist or a fleshlight, but it isn't bad to use them with another couple. i wouldn't make it your new couples favorite, but keep it in use with the comfort of knowing what all has been done with it. p.s. i hear the rubber fists hurt your butthole for awhile, is that true?

I think id want you to purchase new ones! i dont want something "that " personal thats been touching another womans genitalia anywhere near my own also, if you do decide to keep them, BOIL THEM or clean them with bleach. i would just get new ones, but "to each his own! "

Best to buy new - she might get offended knowing that you used them on a previous lover. Also, she might not want to get someone else's germs.

Well, If you used the toys on not just yourself but your ex gf,too than yeah, defiantly buy new ones. I know they can get pricey but check around, I know one store near me has a ladies day and every Tuesday women get 20% off. ADD:: Someone made a great point! Men cant change their hardware when they change partners, just keep it clean and talk to your new partner, that was good advice :D
